Preparatory Adult Education (FVU)
Preparatory Adult Education (FVU) consists of free courses for anyone wishing to improve their reading, spelling, writing and arithmetic. At Haderslev Sprogcenter you can attend FVU Danish, FVU-Start, FVU Mathematics, FVU English and FVU digital.
Haderslev Sprogcenter provides the following free FVU courses for adults:
- FVU Danish is aimed at anyone wishing to improve their Danish reading and writing skills
- FVU Mathematics is aimed at anyone wishing to improve their everyday mathematical skills
- FVU English is aimed at anyone wishing to learn or improve English speaking, reading and writing skills
- FVU Digital is aimed at anyone wishing to learn how to use IT skills in everyday life
- FVU-Start is aimed at students for whom Danish is their second language, and who would like to improve their Danish speaking, reading and writing skills. After FVU-Start, you can proceed to FVU Danish, FVU Mathematics, FVU English and FVU Digital.
We have both daytime and evening classes at Haderslev Sprogcenter.

We will be holding step tests on the following days:
Danish: 2 December 2025
Mathematics: 4 December 2025
English: 2 December 2025
All step tests begin at 4.15 pm (with the exception of English, since this is an oral test).
You must register with the assistance of your teacher.
